idflux Ominous and ethereal. Majestic and haunting. Like a mythical soundtrack of a supernatural sleigh ride down a scary mountain into the abyss. Great example of the bedroom symphonist/underground Machine Creature movement. Makes cleaning your flat an epic adventure.

about

Not a true symphony in the traditional sense but more an elaborate working out of thematic material that made its presence know during a time starting around the late 1980s and early 1990s. But more in line with the Baroque notion of an invention (Thanks to an idea I stumbled upon in an exhaustive dissertation of the said musical form presented in perhaps too much detail in chapter one of Lawrence Dreyfus's fabulous book on 'Bach and the patterns of Invention').

Many of the works I am now presenting on Band Camp were written during this early period of composing and I hope to render them faithfully given the modern tools we now have at our disposal to realize such things so vividly.
